Founded in 1992, Fen-Bay Services have grown to become a leading product and service supplier for the loading bay sector. We continue to expand our network of nationwide engineers and increase our product and service range, working with many of the UK’s and Europe’s largest retailers and manufacturers to provide innovative and cost-effective loading bay solutions backed up with exceptional aftersales support.
From initial consultation through to installation, we work closely with our customers every step of the way to deliver site specific solutions, drawing on over 25 years of industry knowledge and experience. As part of the Fen-Bay Group we have access to two UK based manufacturing facilities, employing nationwide expertise in fabrication, paint spraying, CAD, electrical work, civil engineering, and installations.
Our in-house sales, operations and business services teams allow our customers to access 24/7 aftercare and support. Fen-Bay is a member of ALEM, SafeContractor-accredited, SafeContractor PQQ verified and a Constructionline Silver member. All our installation engineers are in-house CMSE-trained, CSCS-certified, qualified to Level 2 NVQ in Specialist Installation Occupations (construction) – Loading Bay Equipment and, according to their specific role, IPAF PAL-trained.
Our site managers and site supervisors are, respectively, SMSTS and SSSTS certified through CITB.
Fen-Bay Services takes its commitment to health and safety very seriously. The loading bay and workplace transport are, after all, statistically some of the most dangerous sectors of the workplace. We pay continuous and careful attention to the safety performance of our products and have invested in the development of comprehensive safety features over and above the requirements of British and European standards and regulations. In addition, to safeguard our own workforce, we adhere to strict health and safety protocols, ensuring that all of Fen-Bay’s loading bay installers and engineers are accredited under the SAFEcontractor scheme, as well as being registered under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).
