We understand the cost and frustration to your business when things go wrong which is why we are fully committed to ensuring optimal productivity and minimal downtime to ensure we keep your business moving no matter what.

Correct, routine maintenance ensures that equipment remains safe to use, extends the life of products and proactively identifies problems before they happen – reducing the need for more costly repairs or impact to your business. We pride ourselves on the excellent service history of our products and have invested heavily in the development of optimal after sales systems to ensure your ongoing satisfaction.

After Sales: What we offer

Service Contracts

Regardless of whether we carried out the initial installation of your loading bay equipment or industrial doors, we are happy to recommend and provide maintenance schedules to meet your requirements, on either 6 monthly or 1 year service schedules. We also offer and carry out single ‘one off’ services for some applications.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

PPM is recommended to help ensure continuous productivity in the loading bay and to prolong equipment lifetime. PPM packages can be designed to provide regular, 3 – 6 month servicing by trained, highly skilled service technicians, or simply to support customers’ own, in house maintenance programmes with telephone and online technical support. 

 

Technical Assistance

We understand the criticality of product flows to your business and so, on the rare occasions that breakdowns occur, we focus all of our efforts on providing rapid and decisive response. Our nationwide network of service engineers offers emergency technical assistance 24/7 365 days of the year. 

Our engineers are supported by our in-house technical team and we aim to achieve first time fixes on all units, vastly reducing the cost caused by repeat visits.

Spares

We maintain high-levels of spares stock both in factory and with our service engineers, enabling a rapid response to your servicing requirements. We also offer tailored spares boxes for larger DCs which prove a cost-effective way to manage your maintenance requirements.

Warranties

We provide 12-month warranty as standard but we are able to offer enhanced warranty provisions on certain products. These extended warranties are available as part of some of our service level agreement packages and are dependent on following regular preventative maintenance programmes.

To ensure that warranty work is carried out quickly and efficiently, all warranty projects are carried out by our trained service technicians and engineers and managed via our cloud-based central product database.

Refurbishment

We offer a complete product refurbishment service to extend the lifetime and enhance the cost effectiveness of your loading bay equipment. Products can either be uplifted and transported to our factory for a complete overhaul or fully refurbished on site (dependent on product types).
