JOB 1 – Customer Service Coordinator

The Opportunity:
Fen-Bay Services are a long-established company providing industry leading installation and maintenance service to some of the UK’s Blue-Chip companies.

The Customer Services Coordinator will be based within our busy sales team and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of customer service communications relating to call-outs, small works and installations.  This will involve monitoring the level of customer service enquiries daily and ensuring that all customer enquiries are responded to within a timely manner by the relevant teams or directly.

The post-holder will also support the Sales Team with a range of administrative tasks to ensure customer projects are delivered effectively.

The role is office based in Welbourn, Lincolnshire.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • To represent the Company in a professional manner at all times and develop good working relationships with staff and customers
  • To answer all incoming telephone enquiries within the Sales Office.
  • To monitor all email and telephone enquiries and work with relevant departments to ensure customers receive a timely response.
  • To liaise with all relevant departments to ensure you are aware of the status of all planned and reactive works.
  • To maintain and build relationships with our customers by delivering first class customer service whilst managing expectations.
  • To act as the main point of contact within the Sales Office in relation to all Customer Service related enquiries.
  • To support the Sales Team with a wide range of administrative tasks, including filing, processing paperwork and updating CRM.

Hours:
8.00 AM – 5.00 PM Mon-Thursday
8.00 AM – 4.30 PM Friday

Salary: Negotiable depending on qualification and experience.

JOB 2 – Automatic Gate and Barrier Engineer – National based

Hours: 42.5 Hrs basic + Overtime as required
Area: National
Salary: Negotiable + Phone and Vehicle

The Role:
You will be fully experienced Gate and Barrier engineer who can apply your knowledge to the installation maintenance and servicing of a wide range of systems located nationwide.

The Skillset:
. Proven experience working on gates and barriers within a commercial environment
. Strong electrical abilities
. Fully conversant in latest regulations
. Willing to travel nationally as required, and happy to stay away from home overnight
. Full drivers licence
. Additional experience in Industrial Doors and Loading Bays would be advantageous, but is not essential

JOB 3 – Electrical / Mechanical Field Industrial Door and Loading Bay Service Engineer

Hours: 42.5 Hrs basic + Overtime as required
Including responding to out of hours call out’s on a rota basis.
Area: National
Salary: Negotiable + Phone and Vehicle

The Role:
You will visit client’s premises in response to break downs, scheduled maintenance and services on a variety of commercial and Industrial automatic doors, loading bay equipment as well as automated yard gates. There may be involvement in the installations of the above equipment as required.

The Skillset:
Experience within the Industrial Loading bay field is essential
Proven Electro-Mechanical Field Service Engineering background
Strong Customer facing skills
Sound geographical knowledge
Willing to travel and stay away from home, as necessary
Full UK Drivers Licence
CSCS Card

JOB 4 – Welder/Fabricator

Following recent growth, we require a skilled Welder/Fabricator with good mechanical competence. The successful applicant would join a small, busy team working on a range of equipment including industrial automated gates, industrial doors, scissor lifts, dock levellers and other loading bay equipment.

The role is varied with a range of work types from new manufacture through to repairs and refurbishment.
The team works to tight deadlines whilst having to meet clear quality and finish standards. All equipment leaving the workshop must be fit for purpose and sufficiently durable for the demanding environment in which it will be used.

The Role:
• High quality fabrication and welding – MIG/MMA
• Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical assembly/disassembly of equipment
• Use of workshop machine tools
• Assisting with acceptance of deliveries and despatch of equipment
• Assisting with effective stock control of materials
• Taking an active role in maintaining the workshop as a clean and safe workplace

Essential skills required:
• Welding – MIG and NMA with a proven ability to weld to high standards
• Full current driving licence
• Mechanical engineering background
• Experience within a busy workshop environment
• Able to interpret and work accurately to engineering drawings

Desirable skills:
• Telehandler or Fork Lift Licence
• Experience and knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Experience and knowledge of LV electrical systems
• Experience and knowledge of control systems

Hours: Full time – 42.5 hours per week to include evenings and weekends.
The hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience.
