I started at Fen-Bay Services in July 2013.
When I first started, I didn’t know what I really wanted to do. I came to Fen-Bay for an interview with zero knowledge in this industry.
I joined the company as an Installation Administrator, hiring plant, booking accommodation, and booking jobs in with customers. Having carried out various roles at Fen-Bay, I have now progressed to the role of Installation Manager.
Yes, my role has changed as the company has grown. I am very passionate about my job and Fen-Bay Services, I want to make a difference and achieve.
The team that I work with, they work hard to get the job done and we can also have a laugh along the way.
Organised and attention to detail is a must, we are working in a fast paced and sometimes pressured environment.
A highlight for me is being given the opportunity to carry out my current role, I am still learning every single day.

My main responsibilities are ensuring the installation department are following processes, labour planning, co-ordinating the project team.
