Above Photo Date: August 2003 ‘Early Departure.’ A truck driver pulled away from this facility as the fork lift driver was attempting to enter the trailer. The fork lift driver, who had his seat belt on, was shaken up as the fork lift drove off of the loading dock, but fortunately was not hurt. Installation of Salvo would have prevented this accident.
