Rigid Dock Shelters

Rigid dock shelters are recommended when vehicles of varying heights are being used. The shelter forms a seal between the building and the vehicle. This helps to prevent the ingress of the outside elements, and reduce the cost of maintaining the necessary working/storing conditions.

Specifications: Main frame construction comprises 60mm x 40mm box section steel/aluminium finished in black, covered with a black P.V.C. coated fabric. The frames are mounted on steel support brackets or fixed directly to the floor on our down to ground model. Side covers can be colour co-ordinated or clad with Plastisol sheeting (P.O.A.). Traffic lights and wheel guides should be used with this model.
   
     
 
Tail Lift Dock Pads

Retractable dock shelters are designed to retract on impact, this helps to prolong the life of the shelter. It is recommended that the projection does not exceed 700mm.

Specifications: Main frame construction comprises galvanised steel profiled section covered with a P.V.C. coated black fabric. This model requires no support brackets. A down to ground model is available. Side covers can be colour co-ordinated (P.O.A.). Traffic lights and wheel guides should be used with this model.
 
       
     
Insulated Dock Shelters

Insulated dock shelters are used mainly on loading docks within the food industry, and where hygiene is a key factor. The smooth surfaces can be cleaned easily with a hose or jet spray.

Specifications: Main frame construction is 100mm thick with insulated panels on both sides finished with food safe white coated steel sheet. The frames are mounted on steel support brackets or with our down to ground model fixed directly on the floor. Cladding can be colour co-ordinated (P.O.A.). Traffic lights and wheel guides shoudl be used with this model.
