As soon as the head bag is deflated it will retract out of view via a spring counter balance system housed within a galvanised steel box.
High visibility bay numbers can be added to help vehicles dock on to the correct bays.
Side bags are retracted via elastic cord and stainless steel pulleys and are retracted out of view once the bags are deflated.
The shelter is mounted on heavy-duty steel painted support brackets bolted directly in to the loading dock.
Inflatable bags manufactured from a light but hard wearing Cordura fabric with internal netting to allow air to fully inflate the bag whilst maintaining its concertina shape.
Side & head curtains are manufactured from heavy duty PVC coated polyester fabric 3.5mm thick which has an in-built stabiliser which prevents the need for external stiffeners. Inflatable come as standard with chevrons, to help position the trailer correctly.
Yellow guide stripes can be provided as an alternative.
Side and head panels can be chosen from 75mm thick insulated panels or an aluminium profile covered in plastic coated steel or PVC fabric.
